Well, here we have a 4-week hair repair treatment for you to follow if you prefer a much faster method. Before trying the 4-week, please keep in mind the following 4 rules to avoid no further damage happens to it.

#1 Avoid harsh shampoos for at least a week or stick to cleansing conditioners;

#2 No ironing and blow drying;

#3 Overuse oils and conditioners;

#4 Do use deep conditioners;

In case you didn’t pick up on it, the key point is to retain moisture for your hair to help make it stronger and shinier.

Now, let’s get to the point of 4-Week Hair Repair Treatment.

#1st Week of Treatment (every day)

  1. Wrap your hair in a bun and have coconut oil mask for 3 hours at night before sleeping;
  2. Use a SLS free shampoo or a cleansing conditioner to remove any dirt or oil excess;
  3. Comb the deep conditioner evenly distributed in your hair and wrap the hair with a towel or a shower cap;
  4. Rinse your hair thoroughly next morning;
  5. Air dry your hair.

#2nd Week of Treatment:

Do follow the 1st week daily routine only 4-3 times; And the other days, remember to apply the leave in conditioner afterwards through.

#3rd Week of Treatment:

Do follow the 1st week daily routine twice; And the other days, you can skip the step 1 and step 3, that is, the coconut oil mask and the deep conditioner mask.

#4th Week of Treatment:

Choose only 1 day to follow the 1st week daily routine; And the other days, simply have the cleansing conditioner with the leave in conditioner.
